Business Analyst

Asenium is looking for a Business Analyst with at least 4 years of relevant experience to support the delivery of AML monitoring and detection solutions. You will bridge Operations, Compliance and IT, translating business and regulatory needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyse and document business, compliance and functional requirements for AML monitoring and detection.Translate regulatory needs into functional, non-functional and technical specifications alongside Compliance, architects and IT.Analyse and redesign AML workflows, including alert triage and L1/L2/L3 escalation, in line with regulatory and group standards.Define detection scenarios, thresholds and alert workflows, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.Define application performance goals, test conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing.Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining traceability for impact and coverage analysis.Review designs, prototypes and deliverables, coordinating formal Compliance validation.Coordinate business and technology stakeholders, prioritising dependencies to support successful delivery.Must-have requirements:At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and requirements management.Strong understanding of workflow processes, IT concepts and testing.Experience working in a scaled agile environment.Good proficiency in MS Office.
