You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, testers, and project teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value.📍 Location: HanoiRequirementsMiddle Business Analyst3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.Strong skills in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.Experience creating BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and process flows.Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Senior Business Analyst5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.Proven experience managing complex requirements and stakeholder expectations.Strong analytical thinking and business process modeling skills.Experience facilitating workshops and leading requirement discussions.Ability to mentor junior BAs and drive project business analysis activities.Preferred QualificationsExperience in ERP/SAP implementation projects, especially Banking/Finance.
