When our consultants thrive, so do our clients.Motivated, curious, and passionate professionals make a real impact, not only on their own careers but also on the success of the organizations they support.We’re looking for individuals who embody our values and help us foster strong, trust-based relationships with both our clients and our teams across the globe.Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a Business Analyst Consultant – Open Data to join our journey.Gather and analyse business requirements, identifying the datasets concerned by Open Data obligations and translating them into clear, structured functional specifications.Define publication rules covering formats, frequency, quality standards, and metadata requirements, ensuring alignment with European and national interoperability frameworks (NAP).Contribute to the description of data flows and publication processes, and document datasets in terms of definition, scope, and business rules.Work in close collaboration with IT and data teams, the SIV project team, business lines, legal and compliance teams, and external partners where applicable.Participate in business workshops and project governance instances, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned on requirements and delivery progress.Contribute to Open Data governance frameworks, ensuring published data meets quality and regulatory standards including data protection requirements.Support change management efforts by helping business teams understand the stakes, obligations, and benefits of Open Data publication, and contribute to the preparation of awareness and training materials.How do we imagine our future Business Analyst Consultant – Open Data ?Proven experience as a Business Analyst on data governance, Open Data, or regulatory data publication projects.Good understanding of European Open Data directives and interoperability standards applicable to the transport sector is a strong plus.Ability to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements, business needs, and technical teams in a structured and pragmatic way.Strong data analysis and documentation skills, with the ability to model data flows and formalise business rules clearly.Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, comfortable working across business, IT, legal, and compliance teams simultaneously.Change management mindset, able to support teams in adopting new obligations and ways of working.Fluent in French, mandatory; English is a plus.We attract top talent and empower them with the right environment to excel and drive collective success.Why should you join us?By joining Taleo, you’ll become part of a talented, international, and dynamic team.You’ll benefit from real career growth opportunities, continuous learning, and the chance to build long-lasting relationships across borders and industries.If you recognize yourself in this description and are ready to grow with a company that values ambition, collaboration, and excellence, let’s connect.
