As a Business Analyst – Data, you will lead the business analysis function for data initiatives, bridging business needs with data capabilities. You will ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value, working closely with stakeholders across business and technology domains.What You'll Do and How You'll SucceedStrategic Planning, Governance & Stakeholder ManagementDefine and maintain the data business capability roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.Collaborate with enterprise architects and solution teams to ensure governance and compliance standards are met.Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Champion data adoption across business units by articulating value propositions and use cases.Business Analysis & Solution DesignLead discussions, documentation, and validation of business requirements for data solutions.Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for data initiatives.Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions.Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for data applications.Data Use Case Development & AdvisoryIdentify high‑impact data use cases and assess their business value and feasibility.Support design and prototyping of data solutions, including data management capabilities.Advise business units on leveraging tools such as MS SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.Training & Change ManagementDevelop training materials and conduct workshops to upskill business users.Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of data solutions.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning around data platform technologies.Monitor performance and lead post‑implementation reviews.We'd Love to Hear From You If...ExperienceYou hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.You have 10+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or product management.You have at least 5 years' experience working with data technologies.You have led data‑related initiatives from ideation to implementation.You have experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries.Technical ExpertiseYou understand data concepts, lifecycle, and model deployment.You are familiar with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.Ways of WorkingYou demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.You apply strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.You write clear business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.You facilitate workshops and lead cross‑functional teams.You mentor business analysts and align initiatives with enterprise strategy.---Who We AreThakral One is a consulting and technology services company headquartered in Singapore, with a pan-Asian presence.
