For more information, visit www.tcs.com and follow TCS news at @TCS_News.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Stakeholder ManagementEngage with business, IT, EDM, DWH, Data Governance, and reporting stakeholders to gather and document requirements.Conduct workshops to understand business processes, reporting needs, and data consumption requirements.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.Data Analysis & Modeling SupportAnalyze source systems, data flows, and business processes.Support logical and physical data model validation aligned with FSLDM and FSAS standards.Review and validate source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and business logic.Ensure business definitions, data semantics, and reporting requirements are accurately captured.Data Quality & ReconciliationDefine and validate business data quality rules.Support data profiling, reconciliation, and validation activities across Source Systems, DWH, EDM, and Data Lakehouse layers.Analyze data discrepancies and collaborate with technical teams for remediation.Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.Reporting Repointing SupportCollaborate with reporting teams to understand report logic and dependencies.Support mapping of legacy reports to new Gold Layer data structures.Validate data readiness and business acceptance for report repointing activities.Facilitate business sign-off and UAT approval processes.Testing & ValidationPrepare and review SIT/UAT scenarios and test cases.Coordinate business testing activities.Validate functional and data requirements against implemented solutions.Support performance and business validation reviews.Documentation & GovernancePrepare BRDs, Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Data Mapping Documents, Process Flows, and User Stories.Maintain requirement traceability matrices, issue logs, and decision registers.Support data governance, metadata, lineage, and compliance initiatives.Participate in project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking and Financial Services.Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Lakehouse, EDM, and reporting ecosystems.Experience with FSLDM, FSAS, enterprise data models, and data governance frameworks.Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data reconciliation, and data quality concepts.Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Cloudera, Informatica, Teradata, Denodo, Kafka, and modern Data Lakehouse platforms.Exposure to regulatory reporting and banking data domains.Knowledge of NDMO/NDI compliance and data governance practices.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field.Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or Data Management certifications are preferred.LocationOnsite (KSA) as per program requirement.Key DeliverablesBusiness Requirement Documents (BRD)Functional SpecificationsSource-to-Target Mapping ValidationData Reconciliation ReportsUAT Sign-off DocumentationReport Repointing Support ArtifactsData Model Review & Validation DocumentsApplication Deadline: 30th -September-2026Privacy Note:https://www.tcs.com/connect-with-tcs/privacy-policy
