Business Analyst – Data Privacy

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops for privacy, consent, preference, and DSAR use cases.Define consent taxonomy, purposes, channels, sources, statuses, and business rules.Document current/future-state processes across marketing, customer data, web, POS, and data platforms.Translate privacy/legal requirements into actionable business requirements.Define DSAR intake, verification, discovery, fulfillment, deletion, correction, and opt-out processes.Create BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and traceability.Support UAT, business validation, release, audit, and knowledge transfer.Required:8+ years of Business Analysis / Privacy Consulting experience.Strong Consent, Preference & DSAR experience.Experience with OneTrust, Ketch, or similar privacy/consent platforms preferred.Retail, consumer, loyalty, marketing, customer-data, or regulated enterprise experience preferred.Strong Agile and stakeholder management experience.
