Employment Type: Contract | 6 months, extendableJoining: ImmediateWe are looking for a Business Analyst – Deal Execution & Investment Approvals to support a high-priority portfolio of joint ventures and strategic partnerships involving global autonomous mobility, robotics and technology companies.The role will work closely with senior leadership, Corporate Development and Strategic Finance teams, providing the analytical backbone for active partnership and investment opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse partner proposals and JV financial models, validate assumptions and run sensitivities and scenarios.Benchmark investment opportunities against relevant market comparables.Build and maintain a consolidated comparison of partner options covering strategic fit, economics, IP ownership, in-Kingdom capability development and time to deployment.Prepare investment approval materials including screening memos, committee packs, pre-reads and supporting analysis.Maintain accurate deal-stage tracking across the corporate development pipeline.Own the approvals calendar, ensuring committee dates, submission deadlines and pre-reads are managed effectively.Support negotiation preparation through term-economics analysis and transaction structure options.Work closely with Corporate Development, Strategic Finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure all materials are accurate and delivered on time.What We're Looking For6–8 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate finance, transaction advisory, investment banking or a similar environment.Hands-on experience with JV / M&A financial modelling and valuation.Strong Excel skills with the ability to build, review and stress-test financial models.Strong understanding of sensitivities, scenarios, valuation methodologies and market benchmarking.Experience preparing investment committee, board or senior-management materials.Strong written communication and ability to produce concise, decision-oriented memos.Ability to manage multiple deal workstreams and tight approval timelines.Exposure to autonomous mobility, automotive, robotics, AI or deep-tech is an advantage.Strong stakeholder management and attention to detail.Ideal BackgroundCandidates from the following environments are particularly relevant:Investment Banking | M&A | Transaction Advisory | Big 4 Deals | Corporate Development | Strategy Consulting | Private Equity / Investment Teams | Corporate FinanceImportantThis role is focused on analysis, execution and preparation of investment materials.
