Apply & track with Apply EdgeReferment is working with a global financial services business to hire an analyst into its institutional digital assets team. The team supports clients such as hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading firms, corporates and family offices across trading, custody, financing and related products.You will coordinate client onboarding from initial engagement through account activation and trading readiness. The role sits at the centre of Sales, Compliance, Operations, Risk, Legal, Treasury, Product and Technology, helping clients navigate documentation, controls and operational setup while keeping internal stakeholders informed.The RoleCoordinate end-to-end onboarding and lifecycle activity for institutional digital asset clients.Act as a point of contact for onboarding questions, documentation requests and progress updates.Collect and review documentation for KYC, AML, sanctions screening, tax verification and other regulatory requirements.Work with Compliance and Risk to resolve due-diligence gaps and secure the necessary approvals.Coordinate account configuration across trading, custody, settlement, financing and reporting platforms, including wallet and connectivity requirements.Maintain onboarding trackers and management reporting, monitor cycle times and identify process bottlenecks.Support process improvements, automation initiatives and launches involving new products, jurisdictions or service offerings.What We're Looking ForOne to three years of experience in client onboarding, operations, middle office, compliance, account management or a related financial-services role.A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, accounting or a related discipline.Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several deadlines and stakeholder groups.Clear written and verbal communication and a practical client-service mindset.Working proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.Desirable ExperienceExposure to institutional markets, brokerage, prime brokerage, banking, fintech or digital assets would be useful. Familiarity with KYC and AML processes, custody, settlement, blockchain technology, futures, derivatives, clearing or onboarding workflow systems would also be relevant, but these are not all essential.This could suit an onboarding analyst, middle-office analyst, client-services professional or junior compliance operations specialist who wants to apply strong process and stakeholder skills within institutional digital assets.#Referment
