Business Analyst | Digital Banking

We have a job opportunity for a Business Analyst (Digital Banking) position with one of our prestigious banking clients in Singapore.

Requirements

6+ years’ experience as a Functional Business Analyst, preferably within digital banking, investments or equities trading. Strong experience across at least six full project delivery cycles. Able to independently:Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.Develop user stories, process designs and functional specifications.Facilitate requirements across business, design, technology and testing teams.Manage scope, risks, dependencies, changes and requirements traceability.Assess operational impact and support implementation readiness.Support SIT/UAT planning, defect triage and requirement clarification. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication and documentation skills. Prior experience in Agile delivery and regional banking projects is preferred.Chinese/Mandarin speaking is preferred.Key Domain/ Technical Skills: (Indicate up to 3 areas)Digital Banking (mandatory)Wealth experience, preferably equities trading (optional)_________________Mail: nhung.pham@theoptimum.net
