Company: IT Services OrganizationKey Skills: Corporate Banking, Business Analyst, Mobile Banking, Digital banking, BRDRoles and Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business analysts across multiple banking initiatives.Drive requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation for corporate banking and digital channel programs.Translate business needs into BRDs, functional requirements, and solution-ready specifications.Coordinate with product, technology, operations, and business teams to ensure requirement alignment and delivery readiness.Define business analysis standards, review quality of deliverables, and support project execution across banking journeys.Skills Required:12-15 years of total experience, including 8+ years in business analysis and 5+ years in corporate banking.Strong business analysis experience with hands-on delivery in corporate banking and digital banking environments.Deep understanding of corporate banking journeys, including cash management, treasury services, trade finance, payments, and client onboarding.Experience with internet banking, mobile banking, and API banking channels in a banking product or transformation setting.Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Good to Have:BRD preparation and structured requirements documentation experience.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
