Business Analyst – Digital Transformation (Hospitality) – 1 year contract

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the enhancement and delivery of digital solutions within a leading hospitality organisation.You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers and technology teams to gather requirements, improve business processes and support the successful implementation of technology initiatives, with a primary focus on F&B digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and process mapping sessions.Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications and user stories.Collaborate with project managers, developers and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management.Analyse enhancement requests and recommend practical business solutions.Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure traceability of requirements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.At least 4 years of Business Analysis experience.Strong experience producing BRDs, functional specifications and process documentation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments.Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in the following will have an advantage:Hospitality, F&B or retail industriesDigital ordering, POS, kiosk or QR ordering platformsCustomer-facing digital applicationsBusiness process improvement and digital transformation initiativesPlease contact Rosette or email your cv directly in word format to Rosette@theedgepartnership.comPlease note that due to the high number of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
