Business Analyst (Dutch & English)We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major business transformation programme. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, architects, developers, and product teams to analyse complex business processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives.Essential Skills & Experience6–8 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product AnalystProfessional fluency in Dutch and EnglishStrong BPMN modelling skills (mid to senior level), including best practices and mentoring othersExperience delivering end-to-end business transformation programmesStrong requirements analysis skills from epic level through to detailed functional requirementsExperience analysing and improving complex business processesAbility to translate BPMN process models into data models and support API integration initiativesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teamsExperience with functional testing and supporting business validationAbility to manage complex analysis activities independentlyMust be based in the Netherlands (Schiphol stakeholder proximity required)Preferred SkillsInformation analysis and domain modelling experienceUnderstanding of business architecture and platform architecture alignmentExperience working with HR, workforce management, rostering, or qualification/training domainsExperience working within Agile product delivery environmentsKnowledge of CrewHR or similar workforce management platforms
