Business Analyst (ERP)

We deliver end-to-end technology solutions to clients across various industries with a strong focus on quality and service excellence.Key Responsibilities• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.• Coordinate with developers and business users to ensure smooth project delivery and timely completion.• Test and validate systems developed by the development team, ensuring features work as expected and meet business requirements.• Proactively explore and use the system to identify potential issues, unexpected behaviors, and areas for improvement, even without detailed test instructions.• Clean, organize, and prepare client-provided data and perform accurate data entry or data import into the system when required.• Support basic system administration tasks such as creating user accounts, assigning access rights, and managing user permissions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and improve system usability.• Ability to clean, organize, validate, and enter client data accurately.• Assist with resource planning and allocation across multiple projects.• Support clients and internal teams in understanding and using system features effectively.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.• Experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Project Coordination, QA/Testing, or a related role.• Strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.• Hands-on experience with Odoo and a basic understanding of Odoo modules and business processes is preferred.• Experience in software/system testing or UAT, with the ability to independently identify what should be tested and explore systems proactively.• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.• Experience with ERP, CRM, or business application projects is an advantage.• Basic knowledge of SQL/database concepts is an advantage.• Good command of English and Myanmar languages.
