The candidate should have hands-on experience in financial processes, requirements gathering, business process analysis, reporting, and Finance transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Finance stakeholders.Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops to understand business needs.Translate requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.Analyze Finance processes including:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Fixed AssetsFinancial ReportingBudgeting & ForecastingFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams for successful delivery.Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.Perform gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.Provide data-driven recommendations for complex business problems.Skills:5+ years of experience as a Business AnalystStrong Finance & Accounting domain knowledgeStrong understanding of GL, AP, AR, Financial Reporting, Reconciliation, Budgeting/Forecasting or FP&ARequirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentationExperience with BRD/FRD, user stories, gap analysisStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with Agile/Scrum or WaterfallProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira/Confluence
