The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, including setting company goals, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring alignment across teams. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, reviewing project proposals, monitoring delivery quality, and guiding key technical and business decisions. The role also involves leading and mentoring team members, managing budgets and financial performance, and exploring new market opportunities and partnerships. The Owner will ensure that the company maintains high standards of service, adopts relevant new technologies, and supports a collaborative, inclusive work environment.Qualifications Proven experience in owning or leading a technology-focused business, preferably in software or mobile app development.Strong background in software development, web technologies, or mobile app engineering, with the ability to understand technical requirements and solutions.Demonstrated skills in business strategy, operations management, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.Experience in client relationship management, including negotiation, contract oversight, and long-term partnership development.Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing profitability.Leadership capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, team members, and external partners.Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to software and mobile app development.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
