Triangle Services Limited is looking for Business AnalystKey PointsConducted business analysis, prepared BRD/SRS and project documentation, analyzed data-driven insights, collaborated with technical teams, developed stakeholder presentations, supported project execution, and performed market & technology research.Job Description / ResponsibilityConduct comprehensive business analysis to understand and document requirements, and propose effective solutions.Prepare professional documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and project reports.Work with databases and systems to collect, analyze, and present data-driven insights.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements align with system functionalities.Develop high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.Conduct market and technology research to guide business strategy.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc)A master's degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.Relevant professional certification/training will be considered an advantage.Skills Required: Communication, Reporting and Documentation, Interpersonal skill, Data analysis and presentationExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service,ISP,Multinational CompaniesExperience Requirements:2–5 years of relevant professional experience.Experience in IT Enabled Services, ISP, or Multinational Companies will be preferred.Required Skills & Expertise:Business AnalysisData Analysis & PresentationReporting & DocumentationEmail CommunicationGood communication skills in English and BanglaStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal and presentation skills
