Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a BA Funds Onboarding to join our journey :ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements related to the onboarding of new Private Equity and Real Estate (PERE) funds.Coordinate end-to-end fund onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition from project initiation to business-as-usual operations.Act as the main liaison between Business, Operations, Fund Administration, IT, Legal, Compliance and external stakeholders throughout the onboarding lifecycle.Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.Support the operational setup of new fund structures, including static data, cash accounts, investor information and operational workflows.Perform impact assessments and ensure regulatory, operational and technical requirements are captured and implemented.Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business scenarios and manage defect resolution through to production sign-off.Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies and deliverables while ensuring timelines are met.Support fund migrations, operating model changes and lifecycle events such as restructurings, liquidations and transfers.Produce functional documentation, process flows and implementation reports to support operational teams.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Funds Onboarding Analyst or Implementation Analyst within Asset Management, Fund Administration or Private Capital.Strong knowledge of Private Equity and Real Estate (PERE) fund structures and onboarding processes.Good understanding of the investment fund lifecycle, fund migration and operational implementation activities.Experience gathering business requirements and producing functional specifications.Familiarity with Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Custody and Middle Office processes.Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Business, Operations, IT, Compliance and Legal teams.Knowledge of financial products and operational data, including static data, cash accounts, FX transactions and investment vehicles.Experience coordinating UAT, defect management and production deployment.Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments is considered an asset.
