This role will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support the delivery of technology solutions that drive business value.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading business analyse activities including gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement gathering sessions.Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and process documentation.Support Agile or Waterfall project delivery, including backlog management and sprint planning where applicable.Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation.Conduct impact analysis and propose improvements to business processes and systems.Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, regulatory, and compliance requirements within the insurance sector.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience as an Business Analyst (Software).Prior experience working in the Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services (BFSI) industry is required.Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.Familiar with SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.Experience producing BRD, FRD, user stories, process maps, and workflow diagrams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers.Benefits15% EPF contribution for local candidatesHealth insurance coverage (including spouse and children)Transport allowanceIntegration activityOpportunities for promotion (reviewed annually)Professional developmentOptical coverage reimbursementAdditional 2 days of annual leave after 1 year at Billennium
