Business Analysis & Product SupportParticipate in global Finance IT projects by understanding business processes, gathering and analyzing user requirements, and translating business problems into clear system and product requirementsHelp map business processes, user scenarios and system logic, and prepare requirement documents, process flows and product prototypesCollaborate with business users, engineers and other stakeholders to support end-to-end delivery from requirement analysis and design through development, testing and launch2. AI Application ImplementationParticipate in the practical implementation of AI across Finance IT scenarios, identifying opportunities where AI can address real business pain pointsUse AI tools to rapidly build product prototypes, workflows or internal productivity tools to validate business ideasSupport requirement design, testing and solution validation for use cases such as intelligent Q&A, document/invoice processing, intelligent review and data analyticsHelp structure business knowledge, rules and test cases, and continuously improve AI applications based on actual results and user feedback3. Testing, Launch & OperationsSupport functional testing and UAT, including test case preparation, issue tracking and follow-upSupport pre- and post-launch checks, user communication and issue resolutionReview basic operational data and user feedback to identify issues and potential product improvementsAssist in preparing user guides, launch communications, product introductions and adoption materials4. Project SupportConduct research on relevant products, solutions and industry practicesSupport vendor communication, solution comparison and information gathering when requiredAssist with project documentation, meeting notes and progress trackingRequirementsCurrently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree (advanced undergraduate or postgraduate students encouraged to apply)Background from Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science or other technology-related disciplines are preferred. Candidates from Finance, Accounting or other relevant business disciplines are also welcomeCoding experience is not required, but you should have strong interest in and understanding of systems, data and technologyStrong interest in AI/LLMs and their practical applications, with willingness to actively explore and use AI tools to solve real business problemsStrong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down problems and communicate clearlyGood communication, execution and teamwork skillsGood English reading, writing and communication skills to communicate with regional stakeholders; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for cross-team collaborationAble to commit to at least 6 months, 5 days per weekNice to HaveInternship or project experience in Business Analysis, Product, Information Systems, digital transformation or enterprise systemsExperience using AI tools to solve practical academic or business problemsFamiliarity with Figma or other prototyping/process design toolsBasic knowledge of SQL, data analytics or BI toolsInterest in or exposure to Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Travel & Expense processes
