Business Analyst / IT Lead

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / IT Lead who naturally operates at the intersection of Business and IT. This opportunity is particularly suitable for someone with experience in requirements analysis, integrations and solution definition within complex enterprise environments.Requirements:Proven experience (min. 3 years) in a business analyst, PO or IT Lead role for the integrated Web solutions (nice-to-have: Drupal-based portals) Ability to analyse the business requirements, identify the functional and technical impact to the product and define the solutions in alignment with the other integrated systemsStrong interpersonal & leadership skills - communicating clearly with both the product team, managers (BPO, IT Project Manager) and the IT Leaders & developers from the other system teams within the Programme.Driving the solutioning activities in line with the timelines set by the IT Project Manager. Proven ability to work in a complex environment - solutioning multiple features at once, understanding the overall scope of the active development, keeping track of the key functional / technical decisions.Enterprise Environment ExperienceShould understand concepts such as:APIs and integrationsEnterprise applicationsCRM systemsERP platformsSAP environmentsData flowsSystem dependenciesWeb applicationsSoftware delivery lifecycleAgile delivery modelsThey are able to break down complex problems into manageable components and identify potential issues before development begins.
