Role: Business Analyst – KYC and AMLLocation: Mississauga, ON – HybridType: Full-timeWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong KYC experience to work with business, compliance, risk, operations, and technology teams on KYC and client onboarding solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements for KYC and client onboardingWork with Compliance, AML, Risk, Operations, and Technology teamsCreate BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specificationsAnalyze and improve KYC/CDD/EDD workflowsSupport customer onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation, and KYC data managementIdentify process gaps, risks, and automation opportunitiesSupport SDLC, UAT, defect analysis, and business validationEnsure solutions align with regulatory and internal compliance requirementsRequired Skills9+ years of Business Analysis experienceStrong hands-on experience with KYC, Client Onboarding, AML, CDD, and EDDStrong requirements gathering and documentation experienceExperience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and UATUnderstanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory processesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments
