Location: Pune – Koregaon ParkExperience: 12–13 YearsIndustry: Banking / NBFC / FinTechRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Mobile Banking, Digital Banking, and Super App platforms.

The candidate should have experience in driving digital transformation initiatives and managing end-to-end business requirements, functional specifications, and implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements.Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.Work closely with business, product, technology, and QA teams.Handle Mobile Banking and Digital Banking initiatives.Coordinate API integrations and third-party platform integrations.Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.Manage UAT, defect tracking, and business sign-offs.Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and digital banking regulations.Mandatory SkillsMobile Banking / Digital Banking / Super App experience.Strong Banking / NBFC / FinTech domain knowledge.Experience in UPI, BBPS, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and digital payments.Knowledge of API integrations and microservices concepts.Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, and UAT.Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and SQL.QualificationBE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent qualification.Important GuidelinesCandidates must be currently employed and working.Do not take candidates who are currently unemployed / not working.Apply on Varalakshmi.Y@livecjobs.com7995831110
