Business Analyst - Operational Excellence

Business AnalystWe are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support the Organizational Excellence team by translating business requirements into functional solutions, analyzing data, and driving digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Develop functional specifications and support solution design.Analyze business and operational data using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Power Platform.Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making.Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement digital solutions.Support system testing (UAT) and solution validation.Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.Ensure alignment with business strategy, data governance, and cybersecurity standards.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation.Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.Knowledge of software architecture, system integration, and data governance.Experience in Manufacturing, Cement, or Heavy Industry is preferred.Preferred Skills:Business Analysis | Power BI | Excel | SQL | Power Platform | SAP | Oracle | Business Intelligence | Digital Transformation | Process Improvement | Data Analytics | UAT | ERP | Operational ExcellencePreferred CertificationsCBAP | PMI-PBA | Agile | Power BI | Six Sigma
