Business Analyst (PowerBI, SQL)

Job Description:Business Intelligence DevelopmentDesign, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports from proof of concept to production.Translate business requirements into clear visualizations, KPIs, and actionable insights.Maintain and optimize the performance and reliability of the Power BI environment.Data Modeling & EngineeringDevelop analytical datasets using Power Query, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Fabric.Design and maintain data models for reporting and analytics.Integrate, transform, and validate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.Support data pipelines connecting SaaS systems to Azure / Microsoft Fabric.Business Analysis & Insight GenerationAnalyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.Apply appropriate analytical and modeling techniques to address business needs.Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions and process improvements.System Architecture & Technical ReviewParticipate in solution design and technical reviews for BI and analytics initiatives.Contribute to improving BI solutions, data models, and technical documentation.Support the assessment of technical solutions against business and system requirements.Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementWork with IT, business stakeholders, clients, and vendors to understand requirements and deliver BI solutions.Translate business needs into technical and analytical specifications.Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Training & Capability DevelopmentConduct knowledge-sharing sessions on BI, data analytics, and reporting.Support junior team members in developing BI and analytical capabilities.Other reasonable duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science / AI, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics / Business, Statistics, Telecommunications, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Visualization.English proficiency: CEFR B2 or equivalent.Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.Strong hands-on experience with Power Query and DAX.Working knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation.Experience with data modeling, data transformation, and ETL.Experience working with data from multiple sources.Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric / Azure is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.Ability to translate business requirements into practical data-driven solutions.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Experience contributing to BI or analytics projects.Understanding of data quality, validation, and governance principles.Why You'll Love Working HereCompetitive Income: Attractive salary, 13th-month bonus, year-end performance bonusComprehensive Healthcare: PVI insurance, full social insurance, 24/7 accident insurance, annual health check-upsTraining & Development: English courses, LinkedIn Learning, MiTek University, overseas training opportunitiesLeave Policy: 12 annual leave days, Christmas holidayRecognition of Achievements & Contributions: Employee of the Month/Year, Platinum Star Award, VIP trip for employees with 3 years of serviceModern Facilities: Designed to support learning, working, and developmentBenefits: Free diverse lunch options, team-building activities, sports clubs (Badminton, Football, Swimming, Modern Dance, Yoga, Esports, Gym)
