Our offerings include end-2-end data integration to cloud platform, complete suite of AI engineering capabilities and a category of sector-based advanced analytics / AI solutions.The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring private investment requirements are accurately captured, validated, and translated into actionable delivery specifications.Role Overview:We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in private investments to define and document requirements related to private equity, direct investments, alternative assets, capital calls, distributions, valuations, and investment reporting. The ideal candidate will drive the analysis of private investment data sources, ensuring accurate interpretation of fund structures, ownership relationships, capital transactions, and valuation data.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to define private investment requirements.Document business processes, reporting needs, and data requirements.Analyze fund, entity, valuation, ownership, and capital activity data.Support data modeling and source-to-target mapping activities.Identify and remediate data quality and reconciliation issues.Develop business requirements, user stories, and functional documentation.Facilitate UAT and ensure solution alignment with business needs.Skills & ExperienceProven experience delivering business analysis services within private equity, wealth management, fund administration, or financial services environments.Strong expertise in private investment lifecycles, capital events, valuations, commitments, and performance analytics.Skilled in translating complex business needs into detailed business and data requirements.Experience supporting data migration, reconciliation, reporting modernization, and data platform transformation programs.Strong collaboration skills across business, data, and technology teams.Working knowledge of Snowflake, data warehousing, BI, and investment reporting platforms preferred.Why you should consider CapgeminiGrowing clients’ businesses while building a more sustainable, more inclusive future is a tough ask.
