Business Analyst (Process Automation)

ASX100 organisation is looking for a Business Analyst / Management consultant with strong Process Automation experiences to join their team on a permanent basis in Sydney.About the roleThis is a hands-on automation and process design role sitting within a high-performing Digital team. You'll be the critical link between business stakeholders and technical delivery, leading discovery, redesigning workflows, and translating that into clear requirements that engineers can actually build from.Your responsibilitiesLead discovery and workshops to identify and prioritise automation opportunities across the businessMap current-state processes and redesign future-state workflows before any technical build beginsCreate high-quality artefacts, process maps, requirements docs, decisions logs, that enable confident technical deliveryAct as the bridge between business and technical teams through to delivery and sign-offContribute to the automation strategy and roadmapWhat you need5+ years in Business Analysis, Process Analysis or Business ConsultingSolid experience with business process automation is key for this role.Hands-on experience with low-code automation platforms (Power Platform, Workato, Boomi, Pega or similar)Strong process modelling skills (Visio, Lucidchart or similar)
