Business Analyst (Product Team)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our product team, responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders to ensure feasibility and completeness.Work closely with Product Owner, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to communicate and validate business requirements.Create and maintain business documentation such as BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, Workflow, and Data Flow Diagrams.Propose effective solutions that align with business needs and project objectives.Participate in project planning, risk analysis, feasibility studies, and process improvements.Support UAT activities by reviewing test cases and validating that the product meets business requirements.Mentor and provide guidance for junior/mid-level Business Analysts within the team.Requirements4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, process modeling (BPMN/UML), and documentation writing.Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience working with international clients is a plus.Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).Proficiency in BA tools: JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, MS Visio, or similar.English: strong reading/writing skills.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.Why Join UsWork on diverse and impactful software projects across multiple domains.Professional and collaborative work environment with opportunities to grow.Access to continuous training and career development programs.Competitive salary, negotiable based on skills and experience.Opportunity to work on diverse projects and up-to-date technologies.Friendly and professional team.Full benefits according to Vietnamese labor law.
