Position : Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) – SalesforceLocation: Onsite at Toronto, ON Duration: 6 to 12 month of contract with possible Job Summary:Client are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to support business initiatives and technology product delivery for Client. This is a predominantly business-facing role (approximately 80%), working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, drive project execution, and coordinate feature delivery. The role supports Salesforce-based initiatives along with other business technology projects.This is 80% business facing role and sit in business (not IT) 5 years’ experience working closely with business to deliver technology productsLead requirements discussions with businessDrive requirements delivery with WW teamManage all SDLC phases to deliver feature changes to Canada businessConduct TestingPlan and support rollout activities - training, comms and post GoLive supportMajority Salesforce project + Other non-projectsSFDC experience desired (Sales / Marketing Campaign).
