Our commitment to excellence and innovation drives our mission to lead the fintech industry forward.ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and business objectivesCollaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and define requirements, scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria, acting as the central point of contact and translating technical concepts into business-friendly language for participants and leadershipOwn the full product lifecycle: prioritise the backlog, break complex requirements into actionable engineering tasks, estimate timelines with engineering, and establish detailed project plansMonitor progress, identify technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues promptlyConduct user testing and dogfooding cycles, gather and triage feedback, file actionable tickets, verify fixes, and communicate outcomes to stakeholdersDrive product adoption and engagement by analysing usage patterns and key metrics, identifying drop-off points, and implementing strategies to improve retention and performanceEngage proactively with product owners, business units, and branch teams to understand on-the-ground needs, conduct training sessions, and gather feedback for improvementsCreate and maintain comprehensive product and project documentation, and coordinate technical reviews, sign-offs, and testing to ensure quality standards before and after deploymentPlan and write release notes and newsletters, stay current with industry trends through market and competitor research, and use project management tools to track work hours, execution, and expendituresFacilitate technical knowledge sharing, provide prompt user support, and handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and executing legal paperworkUse AI tools effectively across the product lifecycle to work faster and smarter, and champion adoption within the team, as AI is embedded throughout how we workRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a relevant fieldProven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven companiesHands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle and working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital productsTechnical background with knowledge of software development and web technologiesStrong knowledge of agile methodologies, product management principles, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)Proficient in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Statsig, PostHog) and A/B testing toolsFamiliarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExcellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiencesStrong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills, with the ability to analyse projects and provide strategic planning inputStrong teamwork skills and proven ability to work well under pressureKnowledge of fintech products or prior experience in the financial services sector is an added advantageCertification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plusDemonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively to boost productivity, quality, and decision-making. AI is used throughout our work, and we expect this person to embrace and apply it in their day-to-day role
