About the CompanyWe are seeking a switch-on, detail-driven, and proactive Business Analyst for a premium retailer to serve as a strategic right hand to the Regional President. In this high-visibility role, you will turn complex data into executive-ready narratives and actionable business plans, gaining direct exposure to the high-level, strategic operations.About the RoleSupport the development and tracking of annual and long-term business plans; conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities and emerging luxury trends; evaluate ROI for new store openings, campaigns, and strategic investments; monitor KPIs across channels and recommend corrective actions.Act as the primary author for the President’s presentations, crafting visually compelling, logically structured PPTs for board reviews and town halls; translate financial models and research into clear, persuasive executive summaries; ensure all materials reflect the retail brand’s luxury brand aesthetic and are error-free.Consolidate internal and external data to generate actionable insights; build and maintain executive dashboards for real-time performance visibility; partner with Finance to extract, clean, and model data with accuracy for senior leadership.Serve as a liaison between the President and department heads (Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance); track cross-functional project milestones, proactively remove roadblocks, and manage the President’s strategic meeting calendar and materials.About the RequirementLuxury retail or fashion experience (in-house or consulting) is highly preferred.Native or fluent English is mandatory.Highly proactive, resilient, hands-on, and agile in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives, including Presidents, CMO, CFO, CEO, and Group level leadership.Should you be interested in such opportunity, please apply directly with your updated resume, together with your availability, latest and expected salary package.Please feel free to reach out to Boris at +852 2210 6075 or borlee@magicsearch.hk if you have any questions.
