If you're ready to make an impact, you're in the right place.Job Details: Job Title – Business Analyst / Tester Location – Mechanicsburg, PA (Hybrid) Duration – 2 years Contract Job Description: Required Skills Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or Test Lead on enterprise or public-sector software projects.Agile delivery experience, including user stories, acceptance criteria, formal requirements, and test documentation.Requirements elicitation, process modeling, and current-state/future-state documentation.Requirements traceability from business needs through user stories, test cases, and defects.Integration, system, end-to-end, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) design and execution.REST API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.Proficiency with Azure DevOps and test management/defect tracking tools.Understanding of identity and access concepts, including identity proofing, authentication, role-based access, and data privacy.Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with agency leadership, operations staff, and technical teams. Preferred Skills Cloud-hosted delivery, preferably Azure, along with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.Identity verification technologies, including document authentication, liveness detection, and facial matching .Manual review and case management workflow design.Accessibility standards, including WCAG and Section 508, and public-sector security and compliance requirements. Responsibilities Capture functional and non-functional requirements and maintain the product backlog and project documentation.Identify and escalate project dependencies, risks, and assumptions.Develop and maintain test cases covering negative scenarios and edge cases.Plan and execute integration and web application testing.Track defects through resolution and report quality metrics.Provide go/no-go recommendations at release gates.
