I'm partnering with a growing organization in the healthcare technology space seeking a Business Analyst to join a highly collaborative analytics team.This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys blending data analysis, business partnership, and storytelling. Rather than simply building reports, you'll work closely with internal teams and customers to translate data into actionable insights, demonstrate product value, and support strategic decision-making.What You'll DoAnalyze customer and business data to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.Develop and deliver both recurring and ad hoc analyses to support business objectives.Create compelling presentations and data-driven narratives for internal and external stakeholders.Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to address business questions and reporting needs.Help stakeholders better understand and utilize available data resources.Support dashboard enhancements, testing efforts, and reporting improvements.Validate data quality and ensure reporting accuracy.Act as a trusted resource for interpreting data and translating findings into business recommendations.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.Approximately 2-3 years of relevant analytics, business analysis, reporting, or consulting experience (strong internships considered).Strong SQL skills (required).Experience working with business intelligence and reporting tools.Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.Experience presenting insights and recommendations to business partners.Desire to grow within a collaborative, customer-focused environment.Preferred QualificationsHealthcare industry experience, particularly within insurance, benefits, provider networks, Medicaid, healthcare operations, or related fields.Experience with Snowflake.Experience with Sigma, Tableau, or other BI visualization tools.Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tools and large-scale data exploration.Customer-facing or client-facing experience.
