🚀 We’re Hiring | Business Analyst – Saudi Nationals 🇸🇦United Delta is looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and contribute to the delivery of strategic digital transformation projects and initiatives across the Kingdom.We are looking for someone with a strong ability to understand and analyze business needs, engage effectively with customers and stakeholders, and translate requirements into clear and actionable digital solutions in collaboration with project and technology teams.🔹 Position: Business Analyst📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 📊 Experience: 2–3 Years 🇸🇦 Nationality: Saudi National – MandatoryKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:Working directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business objectives, needs, and existing challenges.Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements in a clear and structured manner.Facilitating requirements-gathering workshops and meetings with various stakeholders.Analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation.Documenting current-state and future-state processes and developing process flows and models where required.Translating business needs into clear functional requirements that can be designed and implemented by technical teams.Developing User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.Coordinating closely with stakeholders and Product Management, Project Management, UX/UI, Development, and Quality Assurance teams.Ensuring a shared understanding of requirements between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.Supporting development teams by clarifying requirements and addressing questions related to business processes and needs.Participating in solution and deliverable reviews to ensure alignment with approved requirements.Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking feedback, and ensuring identified issues are properly addressed.Supporting requirements change management and assessing the impact of changes on project scope and deliverables.Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and supporting the implementation of requirements throughout development cycles.Qualifications & ExperienceSaudi National – Mandatory.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, or a related field.Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.Experience analyzing and documenting business processes and workflows.Ability to develop requirements documentation, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and digital project delivery.Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.Ability to serve as an effective bridge between business and technical teams.Fluent Arabic and strong professional proficiency in English.⭐ Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience working on large-scale digital transformation programs and projects in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable, particularly within government entities, financial services organizations, or large enterprises.Experience in business process analysis and re-engineering, digital services, workflow automation, digital platforms, Low-Code technologies, APIs and integration, data, or AI-enabled solutions would be an advantage.Professional Business Analysis certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP are also considered a plus.Why United Delta?At United Delta, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic digital transformation projects across the Kingdom, work directly with customers and business and technology stakeholders, and collaborate with experienced professionals across emerging technologies, enterprise applications, integration, data, automation, and artificial intelligence.
