Business Analyst - SeniorLead deep process redesign and ensure business transformation outcomes Lead end-to-end business process re-engineering, redesigning cross-channel workflows to optimise operations for the new platform (iLoyal) and eliminate legacy inefficiencies. Define the future-state operating model, ensuring consistency across Loyalty, Airport, Contact Centre and other customer touchpoints. Assess business impact and transformation complexity, identifying dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies for large-scale organisational change. Drive standardisation and simplification of processes, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities of the 3rd-party solution rather than replicating legacy CRIS behaviours. Provide thought leadership and governance on business analysis standards, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives and consistent delivery across Business Analysis resources. Bachelors degree in an IT related disciplineBusiness Analysis Certification from a recognised industry body e.g. IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
