Business Analyst (Senior - Hanoi)

We seek a Senior Business Analyst with at least 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document business requirements, create, review BRD, functional specifications, and user storiesFacilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessionsAct as a bridge between Business Stakeholders and Development team (in-house and vendor)Consult on solution and scope of projectCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvementsCollaborate with Development team, participate in Scrum ceremonies and support Agile development processesConduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for proposed changesSupport testing activities, including UAT and system integration testingPerform data analysis to provide business insights and recommendationsParticipate in bidding processRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fieldMinimum 5+ years of Business Analyst experienceStrong business mindset and critical thinking (must have)Experience working with stakeholders from multiple countries (must have)Experience with building product for multi-countries (must have)Fluent in English (written and verbal) (must have)Strong in Stakeholder management (must have)Proactive and Excellent in problem-solving, and communication skills (must have)Experience and knowledge of B2B Commercial Model, Supplychain, Pharmacy is a plus (should have)Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesProficiency in business analysis techniques and documentation toolsExperience with Mockup tool and diagram tool: Figma, Basamiq, DrawioFamiliar with documentation format: SRS, User story, BRD,...Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologiesPreferred QualificationsProfessional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSM, CSPO)Stakeholder management experience across multiple organizational levels BenefitsBase Salary: upto 50M (negotiation according to ability) + 13th month salaryWorking time: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm from Monday to Friday.OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES:Dynamic Environment: Work in a professional, modern, and fast-paced environment where you can tackle challenging projects both locally and globally.Empowerment & Growth: We foster a culture of open dialogue and empowerment, allowing you to innovate and create in your own way.
