Business Analyst/ System Analyst (Debt Collection Domain)

Mô tả công việcUnderstand system logic, data flow, data mapping, and all aspect relate to the system specifications of the to-be system and data source for to be system.Do detailed analysis for the requirements in BRD, translate into the detail technical requirement;Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data;Main in charge for the data mapping & transforming from source systems to systems;Propose data solution (Database architecture, database model & detail database design) for new feature, module or system;Support BA and IT PM, Dev in assigned task.Manage the change from beginning to implementation (mini PM for change request later).Study, analyze new banking products, banking processes, focus on specific domain, such as Finance service etc...Study and propose the solution to meet business requirements as well as the estimation time need to doProvide BRD, SRS within timeline committed with business units and other departmentsParticipate in the dedicated projects at a given time, fulfill project requirements in a timely and good-quality manner.Understand and analyze the application's capability of Finance service, such as FTP, ALM, IFRS etc...Identify and make Business processes/rules clearly and also identify which business rules can be utilized on the system and make it understandable for developers to implement.Consult, support end-users, business units with incidents/requests regarding business processes which has been implemented.Provide internal training, guidelines for other members in the department or team about capabilities of systems.Do other duties as assigned by manager and director.Yêu cầu ứng viênEducational Qualifications: A bachelor's in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience, is requiredExperience in a particular banking domain for at least 3 yearsBeing able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domainUnderstand how to write a BRD/SRS for Banking Products/processesExperience in using case tool for analyzing and modelingWorking with particular systems in banking domain (such as Bank products workflow, Collateral Management, Document management, etc...)Good analytical and problem-solving skillsAn in-depth understanding of the software and application your customers/employees are usingLeadership, Project Management, Communication, Negotiation, Decision-Making, Team Building, Budget planningQuyền lợi ứng viênFixed 13th-month salary, with total annual income equivalent to 16–18 months of salaryBonuses for public holidays and Lunar New Year (Tet) in accordance with the bank’s policies from time to timePreferential loan schemes in accordance with the bank’s policies from time to timeAttractive annual leave policy based on job levelMandatory social insurance in accordance with labor law, plus VPBank Care insurance for employees, depending on job level and length of serviceParticipation in training programs based on the Training Framework for each positionWorking hours: Monday to Friday, and 2–3 Saturday mornings per month
