Business Analyst – Technology Change & Process ImprovementDublin Albany Beck is looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Analyst to join our consulting team and support a leading financial services organisation as it delivers a series of operational and technology-driven change initiatives.This assignment sits at the intersection of business process improvement, technology adoption and stakeholder engagement. You'll be joining a team that values people who take ownership, solve problems proactively and keep momentum behind key initiatives.Rather than stepping into a highly structured programme environment, you'll be expected to bring your own approach, shape the way work is delivered and help create clarity where processes and governance are still evolving.The RoleWorking across business and technology teams, you will help improve and modernise operational processes, ensuring that both people and technology are aligned to deliver better outcomes.You'll spend time understanding how teams operate today, identifying inefficiencies, defining future-state processes and helping embed new ways of working. Alongside this, you'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions are delivering the intended business value and are successfully adopted by end users.This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action—engaging stakeholders, solving challenges, influencing decisions and driving progress.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Define and document business requirements, process flows and future-state solutions.Partner with technology teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather information, build consensus and support decision-making.Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups to maintain delivery momentum.Support implementation, rollout and adoption of new processes and technology capabilities.Challenge existing ways of working and help shape more efficient operating models.Track actions, dependencies and risks to ensure initiatives remain on course.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions.What We're Looking ForWe're interested in speaking with Business Analysts who combine strong core BA skills with the confidence and initiative to lead workstreams forward.Key Experience:Experience delivering business analysis on technology or transformation programmes.Strong process mapping and requirements gathering capabilities.The ability to translate business needs into clear, structured documentation.Experience working alongside technology teams on system implementations or enhancements.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.A pragmatic and delivery-focused approach to problem solving.The confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
