Business Analyst - Ticketing Systems Location: Abu Dhabi, UAENotice Period: Immediate joiners preferredThe RoleWe are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and drive the modernization of our ticketing and guest experience platforms. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric solutions for a high-volume, real-time operational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirementsTranslate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteriaCreate wireframes, process flows, and user journey diagrams using tools like Figma, Lucidchart, or VisioManage and track requirements using JIRA, Confluence, or similar toolsLead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)Coordinate UAT cycles, defect triage, and business sign-offAct as a liaison between business users, operations, and technical teamsSupport change management and end-user adoptionKey Requirements5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in ticketing, airline, travel, or high-volume transactional environmentsStrong experience with GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo), PSS (Navitaire/Amadeus Altea), or reservation/ticketing platformsExcellent requirements elicitation, BRD/FRD/SOP documentation, and stakeholder management skillsHands-on with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Visio, Miro)Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and Agile/Scrum methodologiesBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fieldNice to HaveExperience in theme parks, aviation, or high-footfall operational environmentsCertifications: CSPO, CSM, PMI-PBA, PMP, or BCSInterested?
