Talent Mode’s Canberra based consultancy client is delivering a major ICT and security uplift program for a government agency, and are seeking multiple Business Analysts and Project Managers to support analysis, requirements development and delivery across a complex, multi‑stream environment.This is a significant program focused on modernising and securing critical ICT and security systems—reducing cyber risk, strengthening information assurance, and ensuring resilient parliamentary operations.This client is growing and will prefer permanent hires for this and future programsBetween $150k and $200k package inc super dependant on experienceNV1 Clearance or higher is essential Canberra Based Required Team Capability (if you have experience with one or more, please submit your CV)Defining & Planning – supporting scope definition, mapping business needs, developing requirements, and contributing to structured delivery plans.Delivery Control – analysing dependencies, documenting processes, supporting risk and issue identification, and ensuring requirements remain aligned to delivery outcomes.Assurance & Governance – contributing to uplifted governance frameworks, supporting assurance activities, and ensuring requirements and documentation meet agency standards.Role and responsibilitiesExperience delivering business analysis within government programs (Federal, State or Defence).Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement and documentation.Ability to operate confidently in complex, multi‑vendor environments with competing priorities.Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements.Relevant BA or project qualifications (e.g., CBAP, PRINCE2, Agile) are highly valued.Please reach out ASAP this is an urgent role and we have to submit by latest this Thursday
