Team members join a collaborative setting dedicated to empowering learners to achieve their goals.Role Description The Business and Accounting Teacher will deliver engaging lessons in business and accounting subjects to students preparing for exams and academic advancement. This full-time on-site role, based in Dubai, involves planning and implementing lesson plans, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, explaining core business and accounting concepts, preparing teaching materials, and adapting instruction to different learning styles. The teacher will maintain accurate records of student progress, collaborate with other educators to enhance the curriculum, and support students with exam strategies and study skills. The role also requires participating in occasional workshops or academic events and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering business and accounting content to diverse learners.Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills to design structured, outcome-focused sessions and learning materials.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to explain complex concepts and engage students and colleagues.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, Education, or a related field.Prior teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in business and accounting subjects or test preparation programs.Ability to use classroom technology and digital resources to enhance teaching and learning.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a learner-centered approach that supports inclusive and respectful classroom practices.Familiarity with standardized tests or exam boards relevant to business and accounting is an advantage.
