The business operates across North America and the UK with a focus on sustainable building technologies and expanding their smart building platform globally.About the roleThe Business and Admin Coordinator role provides broad administrative and operational support to all functions globally. The role coordinates day-to-day business administration, cross-functional activities, records, vendors and KL office requirements, while also supporting HR administration across the Company's global operations. A key part of the role is coordinating global payroll matters, including the accurate and timely collection, checking and submission of payroll inputs across multiple countries. KEY RESPOSIBILITIESProvide administrative and operational support to teams globally, including document preparation, scheduling, trackers and follow-ups.Coordinate meetings and cross-functional activities across countries and time zones.Maintain accurate and organised records, shared files, templates and reports.Manage day-to-day KL office administration, facilities, supplies, vendors and employee activities.Support HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, leave, benefits and offboarding.Coordinate and validate payroll inputs across the US, UK, Canada and Asia, working with Finance and external payroll, EOR and PEO providers.Support payroll reconciliations, audits and the resolution of payroll queries or discrepancies.Assist in improving administrative and HR processes, SOPs, templates and systems as the Company grows.RequiredAt least five years of experience in business or office administration, HR administration and payroll coordination.A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related discipline.Experience coordinating and validating payroll inputs, preferably across the US, UK, Canada or Asia.Strong organisational, administrative and Microsoft Excel skills, with excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.Experience working with payroll providers, EORs/PEOs, HRIS platforms or finance and reporting tools.Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
