Business Applications Principal (Oracle ERP)

As the Business Applications Principal, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of our core business applications, including:Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, Finance & AccountingLearning Management Systems (LMS)Data Warehouse and Reporting PlatformsOracle PaaS Components and IntegrationsCRM, Customer Experience (CX), Patient Billing, and Corporate ApplicationsYou will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring our application landscape supports operational excellence, scalability, compliance, and organizational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Application ManagementOwn and manage the complete lifecycle of business-critical applications.Define and execute the application roadmap aligned with organizational and digital transformation objectives.Lead system optimization initiatives across Oracle HCM, SCM, Finance, and ERP platforms.Solution Architecture & IntegrationServe as the functional and technical lead for application configuration, enhancements, and system optimization.Design and oversee integrations between Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and other corporate systems.Ensure application scalability, security, performance, and data integrity.Vendor & Service ManagementManage third-party vendors and partners to ensure service excellence and SLA compliance.Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, support services, and product roadmaps.Business Partnership & Digital TransformationCollaborate closely with business leaders to translate operational requirements into effective technology solutions.Drive automation, innovation, and process improvement initiatives across the organization.Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies and best practices.Governance, Risk & ComplianceEnsure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, cybersecurity standards, and data governance frameworks.Lead change management and business continuity initiatives related to enterprise applications.RequirementsEssential Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing enterprise business applications.Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Applications, including ERP, HCM, SCM, Finance, and Accounting modules.Strong understanding of Oracle PaaS, integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture principles.Proven experience managing vendors, application support teams, and business stakeholders.Experience leading digital transformation and enterprise application projects.Preferred QualificationsOracle Cloud certifications.Experience within healthcare, hospital, or highly regulated environments.Knowledge of CRM, CX, patient billing, and healthcare information systems.Familiarity with data warehousing, reporting, and analytics platforms.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a professional who demonstrates:Strategic thinking and business acumenStrong stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and leadership capabilitiesTechnical depth coupled with commercial awarenessA passion for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement
