Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail oriented BusinessAssistant to support a UK based property management operation.This is a fast-paced and communication focused role, ideal for someone who can manage multipleresponsibilities, communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that tasks,enquiries, and records are handled accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and tenant enquiries via email, phone, and other communicationchannels
- Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Handle administrative tasks related to property management operations
- Maintain accurate trackers, records, documents, and databases
- Draft and manage professional emails and correspondence
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, receipts, and general administrative work
- Coordinate appointments, follow ups, and day to day operational activities
- Manage confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Provide administrative and management support to the UK client
- Ensure tasks and follow ups are completed accurately and on time
- Carry out other reasonable duties within the scope of the role when required by the clientCandidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Management, Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant working experience
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and professional email drafting
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Confident communicating with customers and stakeholders
- Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility for tasks
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends on a roster basis
