Position: Business AssociateExperience: 2–3 yearsLocation: MumbaiQualification: B.Tech/B.E. + MBA preferredIndustry Exposure: Manufacturing preferredAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and analytical Business Associate to support strategic initiatives, business problem-solving, and cross-functional transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have exposure to manufacturing, consulting, strategy, program management/PMO, or CXO office environments and possess strong analytical and communication skills.Key Responsibilities●      Support the leadership team in developing and executing strategic business initiatives and transformation projects.●      Drive problem-solving and structured analysis for complex business challenges.●      Support Program Management/PMO activities, including project tracking, timelines, deliverables and stakeholder coordination.●      Conduct business and market analysis and convert data into actionable insights.●      Prepare management presentations, MIS reports, dashboards and business reviews.●      Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance and other business functions.●      Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization and operational efficiency.●      Track project performance and ensure timely closure of key action items.●      Assist in preparing strategic recommendations and presentations for senior management.●      Use data and technology to improve decision-making and business performance.  Preferred Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates from backgrounds such as:●      Strategy / Management Consulting ●      Strategy & Business Transformation●      Program Management / PMO●      CXO / CEO Office●      Manufacturing Operations Educational QualificationPreferred:●      Ideally, candidates should have Engineering + MBA qualifications●      Open only to B.Tech / B.E. from reputed institutes, preferably IITs, NITs, VJTI, COEP or other leading engineering institutes.Required Skills●      Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking●      High level of curiosity and learning agility●      Strong persistence and ownership●      Excellent storytelling and presentation skills●      Strong communication and stakeholder management●      Strong business acumenTechnical / Digital Skills●   Knowledge of Tableau / Power BI●      Advanced MS Excel●      Strong PowerPoint / PPT skills●      Exposure to Generative AI / AI tools and Agentic AI
