This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in business operations and enjoy working in a dynamic startup environment. If you are passionate about learning, solving problems, and taking ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports to support business operations.Develop and update dashboards for tracking key business metrics and performance.Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.Manage and maintain CRM data with a high level of accuracy.Support day-to-day platform and operational activities.Monitor data quality and ensure timely updates across systems.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes.Identify opportunities to improve reporting, workflows, and operational efficiency.Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.Required SkillsGood knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, etc.).Experience with dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar is an advantage).Familiarity with CRM platforms and data management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Good verbal and written communication skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s in engineering, or a related field from NIT/IIT.1–2 years of experience in Business Operations, MIS, Reporting, CRM, or similar functions.Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and internship experience are encouraged to apply.What We're Looking ForA proactive learner who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.Someone who takes ownership and accountability for their work.A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to go beyond assigned responsibilities.Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
