The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, improve operational workflows, and support platform initiatives.Required Skills5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Product Analysis, Product Operations, or Technology Delivery.Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, user needs, and process flows.Strong experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, business/process documentation, SOPs, and decision logs.Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes and identifying process improvements.Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.Experience maintaining documentation, knowledge bases, FAQs, templates, and documentation repositories.Ability to track risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and project documentation.Experience using Jira, SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence/Wiki, or similar collaboration tools.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Preferred SkillsExperience supporting Enterprise Data Platforms, Analytics Platforms, or Cloud Platforms.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.Knowledge of Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Access, and Analytics workflows.Experience working in Federal, Financial, or other regulated environments.Scrum Master certification is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.Analyze current and future business processes and recommend improvements.Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and decision logs.Support stakeholder meetings, workshops, and product planning activities.Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Security, Data Governance, and Business teams.Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.Maintain documentation repositories and improve knowledge management practices.Support backlog management, platform operations, and documentation for the Enterprise Data Platform.The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following: Support analysis and documentation of business and mission use cases for the Enterprise Data Platform.Conduct or support stakeholder discovery sessions to capture business needs, pain points, desired outcomes, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product planning inputs.Analyze and document current-state and future-state processes related to data intake, data access, data governance, platform usage, analytics workflows, and operational support.Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, decision trees, RACI matrices, SOPs, and process guides as needed.Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, unclear ownership, handoff issues, and opportunities for standardization or improvement.Support the definition of repeatable platform processes, including intake, prioritization, data product onboarding, access requests, issue escalation, documentation management, and stakeholder communication.Support the Platform Product Owner with backlog organization, intake tracking, prioritization inputs, dependency tracking, and action item follow-up.Track platform requests, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, open questions, and next steps.Prepare and maintain product documentation, process documentation, capability descriptions, requirements documents, decision logs, meeting summaries, and knowledge articles.Organize documentation so that platform teams and stakeholders can easily find current information.Benefits:Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
