Business Consultant - Business Setup

WhizzHR is hiring a Business Consultant in DubaiKey Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through various channels (cold calling, referrals,digital platforms, networking). Understand client needs and present appropriate service packages (bookkeeping,VAT filing, payroll, etc.). Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. Maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools and ensure regular follow-ups. Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience forclients. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in accounting, finance, or professional services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping services is an advantage. Goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals and building long-term relationships. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Preferred Qualifications: ACCA/Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales.What We Offer: Competitive salary + attractive commission structure. Ongoing training and professional development. Supportive work environment with opportunities for growth.Kindly share your Hello@whizzhr.com
