The company specializes in school-level education from kindergarten to 12th grade, designing a structured learning journey from entry to exit. APTCODER’s interactive online learning platform aims to equip children aged 5–16 with coding skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and future-ready capabilities in areas like AI and IoT. The organization emphasizes visual and auditory learning methods to build logical thinking, supported by certified faculty and delivered via an in-house LXP (web and app). APTCODER is committed to driving an educational revolution by making coding accessible and engaging for young learners.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Consultant role based in Noida. The Business Consultant will analyze market trends, customer needs, and product performance to inform strategic decisions and business model refinement. Responsibilities include conducting business and financial analyses, preparing presentations and reports, and supporting management in planning go-to-market strategies for the regional language coding platform. The role involves working closely with leadership, sales, product, and academic teams to optimize pricing, partnerships, and expansion opportunities. The Business Consultant will also contribute to improving operational efficiency, assessing new revenue streams, and supporting investor or stakeholder communication.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate business performance, and support data-driven recommendations.Experience in Consulting or Management Consulting, with the ability to structure problems, design solutions, and advise stakeholders.Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present insights clearly, and engage with external partners.Foundational understanding of Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial modeling.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.Prior experience in edtech, education, or early-stage startups is beneficial.Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools.Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
