Business Consultant – Business Setup & Company FormationCompany: Ampsy Consultancy LLCLocation: Dubai, UAEAmpsy Consultancy LLC is seeking a skilled, motivated, and results-driven Business Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. As a Business Consultant, you will advise entrepreneurs, investors, and companies on establishing and expanding their businesses in the UAE. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, recommending suitable business setup solutions, and supporting clients throughout the process. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE business setup industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and respond to sales inquiries received through multiple channels, including phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, website leads, walk-in clients, and referrals.Understand each client's business requirements and recommend suitable company formation options.Advise clients on business activities, legal structures, licensing options, visa requirements, office solutions, and other incorporation requirements.Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients and ensure all lead and customer information is accurately updated in the CRM system.Prepare and present clear and competitive business setup proposals and quotations.Convert qualified leads into sales and consistently achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, Free Zone authorities, and other business associates.Identify new business opportunities through networking events, business meetups, referrals, and strategic partnerships.Coordinate closely with the Operations and Compliance teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of client applications.Maintain strong client relationships throughout the journey from initial inquiry to business license issuance, residency visa processing, and related services.Stay informed about changes in UAE business regulations, Free Zone packages, Mainland licensing procedures, visa regulations, and related services.Monitor sales performance through CRM tools and maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers.Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports, including leads received, conversions, sales achieved, pending pipeline, and target performance.Support and mentor new sales consultants where required and contribute to improving the overall performance of the sales team.Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, transparency, and client satisfaction at all times.Preferred Candidate ProfilePrevious experience in UAE business setup, company formation, corporate services, or business consultancy is preferred.Good knowledge of Dubai Mainland/DET and UAE Free Zone company formation.Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.Target-oriented with a proven ability to generate and close business.Ability to independently manage leads and maintain consistent follow-ups.Good knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.Professional approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.Ampsy Consultancy LLC specializes in UAE business setup, company formation, business consulting, licensing, residency and corporate advisory services, supporting individuals, entrepreneurs and companies in establishing and growing their businesses across the UAE.For more information about Ampsy Consultancy LLC and our services, please visit www.ampsyconsultancy.ae.Interested candidates may send their CV for the position of Business Consultant to:connect@ampsyconsultancy.ae
