About LatinumLatinum is hiring for a leading global technology consulting and business process services organization supporting global clients through digital transformation, AI-led innovation, operational excellence, and business process & managed services.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Business Consultant – Finance & Accounting (F&A) to drive finance transformation, process optimization, cost efficiency, and strategic advisory for clients across industries.Experience: 6+ years (higher relevant experience may be considered)Location: Pan IndiaEmployment Type: Full-timeCTC: Up to ₹25 LPA (based on experience and relevant expertise)Key ResponsibilitiesLead F&A consulting, process improvement, and transformation initiatives.Assess finance processes and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency gains.Develop strategies across accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.Provide client-facing advisory and actionable business insights.Drive project and stakeholder management across transformation initiatives.Implement finance technology, ERP, automation, and process improvement solutions.Apply Lean Six Sigma, GenAI, and Agentic AI to enhance finance processes and decision-making.Ensure alignment with financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.What We're Looking For5–7 years of experience with strong F&A consulting expertise.Mandatory BPO/BPM/GBS/Managed Services experience, preferably in F&A.Experience across multiple industry sectors.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and advisory skills.Proven project consulting and stakeholder management experience.Experience with financial technology, ERP, automation, or digital finance.Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma/process improvement methodologies.Exposure to GenAI/Agentic AI is an advantage.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.📩 Interested candidates can share their resume at manjistha@latinumhr.com & jobs@ats.latinumhr.com
